Hi dear, good evening from Spain am having a problem seeing the chart when I log in to the system. I created my account with you guys on 15/12/2021 am yet to use the platform and the free trial period is rouning out. please can someone help me with this problem thanks

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
