Hi,

I'm trying to examine tick by tick data.
I followed the guide and verified I can see tick-by-tick data.
However, I can't seem to change the beginning date.

I could see that data starts at the "Date Range In File", showed under "Chart>>Chart Settings".
I see that under "Edit>>Edit/Download Data - intraday chart", by scrolling to "Start of File".

Please advise.

I did (already before posting this message).
Still, the oldset date I can see is 2019-11-25 (didn't change at all).

One more thing - can I export tick-by-tick file for continuous futures?
I would like to use your "volume based" rule, so exporting each expiration would not suffice for me.

What is the symbol for which you are not able to get the older data?

To export the data that is displayed in the chart use this option:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Export Bar Data to Text File
