Signed all agreements, they were accepted. I am using CQG WebAPI but using sierra chart data is on in common settings of data/trading services. But data (charts, DOM) are updating in very slow.

Any solution? Everything worked fine in the past months of using Sierra chart. And when I activated Denali today it is super slow at updating.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I copied the log from my main Instance. But all of my instances are the same - slow.

Everything looks fine in this Message Log. Provide us the heartbeat messages as explained here:
Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.17 - Providing Heartbeat Messages to Sierra Chart Support

When Sierra Chart is connected and after you have enabled the heartbeat messages, wait about a minute before providing them.

Update: Changed to standard compression (high compression before) - 100 Milliseconds. Tad bit better. But no where near close how it was.

High compression is fine.

So did you set this to 100 ms?:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#RemoteBufferDelaySendTimeInMilliseconds

This will be fine. We were going to recommend to reduce it.

Also check the Chart Update Interval:
Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu)

Hello - I would really like to fix this ASAP. Wasn't able to trade yesterday as well as today. It is currently on standard compression - 100. Chart Interval - 10ms. Chart interval has always been 10ms working perfectly fine.

Please and thank you.

This is very unusual. It is not a problem that we ever hear about. Close all of the charts except for one chart. See if you still notice the issue with that one chart.

We just tried calling so we can have a look at this. However, we got voicemail.
