Hello nad thank your for your help. I am getting no data in the bid market orders and sell market orders column in my DOM although I am subscribed to the MBO package.

I am experiencing the same situation. I have followed the instructions provided above (, but still unable to see the market orders coming in. Please see attached screenshots of my data package and below how my DOM looks. This is the DOM for ES Mini (F.US.EPM22), and the Bid and Ask Market order are in the middle of the DOM, labeled as BMO and AMO, respectively. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1648427503410.png Is there anything else I should verify? You already are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. ---- Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. ---- Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I'm having the same issue for Bid Market Orders Column and Ask Market Orders Column in my DOM. I am not receiving any data in these columns. Sierra Version: 2458 64bit, Revision 44325 Windows 10 Active Service: 12 – Integrated Advanced MBO – Active until 2023-06-20 Active Denali Exchange Data Feed CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Symbol ESH23_FUT_CME[M] I’ve gone through the process of: download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
