Simulation mode not showing real time pricing

I have paid for the Denali Exchange data feed but do not see real-time pricing on my charts on Simulation Mode. I've googled this issue and researched on sierra chart support board possible solutions with no luck. On my charts, the top title bar reads "Delayed". Under the Data/Trade Service settings, I have selected "SC Data - All Services and Common Settings is set to "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" Can you check my account to see if I've completed everything correctly on your end and if there are any other settings I have missed? Attached are screenshot images that show I have Data feeds active and settings are correct.
