Can you please make this a priority as there are many other users facing the same issues:
I have multiple accounts under the same username and I set up order allocation to copy trades from 1 account to all the other accounts. When I try to cancel an order or flatten an order, it is behaving weirdly (ex,.. opening more positions to the current account), not closing positions in other accounts etc.. . Here are some of the things I noticed:

1) Placing a limit order on DOM on main account will place limit orders on all the accounts, but if I cancel the order on main account by clicking 'X' on the order in DOM, it only cancels on the main account, not the other accounts. Can you guys please fix this or provide an option to disable cancelling orders on Dom by mistake?
2) CancelAll works for the above scenario as long as there is an valid limit order on the main account, otherwise it is greyed out even if there are limit orders on other accounts (ex, use the above example to cancel the limit order on the main account Dom by clicking 'X')? Is it possible to change this behaviour for CancelAll to not get greyed out as long as there are orders in other accounts
3) Also I disabled the order confirmation globally on GlobalSettings->ChartTradeSettings and am still seeing confirmation popups while flattening my account. Can you guys provide an option to disable these pop-ups?
4) Most important of all, if you cancel the limit order on main window using 'X' on Dom and your positions get filled on your other accounts, flattening on the main account doesn't close the open positions on other accounts. Can you please provide a solution to this?

Thanks again for all the help

Edit:
I found a workaround by configuring keyboard shortcuts under GlobalSettings->Customize Keyboard Shortcuts-> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts and it works. But it would be nice if the same functionality can be added to the DOM

Yes we understand all of this, and this is part of our upcoming development. The problem is we have so much to do we cannot say when we are going to get to this. But this has been tagged for follow-up.

You should not get confirmations if you have globally disabled them.

We have no solution for this. You just have to manage the orders and positions for the other accounts through Trade >> Trade Orders Window and Trade >> Trade Positions Window. You have to manage these and monitor the other accounts.

We are not going to go through extraordinary lengths to try to solve this. This is fully your responsibility to do this.

To SC.

I know you guys have a lot on your plate but I believe Order Allocation should take high priority. With the numerous Prop firm offering people to trade multiple accounts. I feel like the Order Allocation should take precedent and have the function to be more solid than what it use to be. I am currently using SC for charting and Ninja for duplicating my trades to other accounts. I hate this setup because I'm running both on my computer and it is definitely causing some lags on my system. SC its so much better platform and powerful than NT but not having the ability to trade multiple account its a bit of a disadvantage imo for prop account trader.

Thanks
J

Regarding post #5, what else is missing, that it is not mentioned here?:

We added a significant amount of more functionality which has been released. What more do you need?
