Hello, I always use to have access to market and index statistics, but I am getting this message when I try to upload a chart in a red box "Download Failed Error Downloading Historical Daily data for $HIGH. Error. Is not authorised to execute query for one or more of the specified symobols" I thought these symbols were with all basic SC files? I am on an advanced subscription. Can you help with this please? |

This means our data provider is restricting access to that symbol. We do not have any control over this. But we can ask them. Where did you get that symbol from?
