Hello, I'm new to Sierra chart and I want to use Sierra charts for US futures and equity chart analysis. Could you please help and guide me to get real time data for this market. Which data service i have to use? If Denali provides this data, then how much it cost for non professional. Appreciate your support. Thank you Prakash |

What are the exchanges/markets for which you want real-time data? Also, be aware of the requirement from the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the information at the following link: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

For the U.S. Equities, you would use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange. Refer to the Setup Instructions at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions For the Futures, you are wanting data from the CME Group, which requires that you have a trading account that we can verify. To do this, you would need to be setup with your Order Routing through CQG or Rithmic with your Tradestation account. If you are setup with one of these services, then let us know and we can point you in the necessary direction. Otherwise, you would need to have a different trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You first need to activate the connection for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed as outlined in this part of the Setup Instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_RealTimeDataConnections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We have activated the connection for you. Therefore, you now need to fill out the Market Data Agreement (with US Equities Agreement) at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Agreements You will find the instructions for this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_SignTheAgreements Just keep going through the setup instructions from the link above starting at the agreements. Also note that you will need to $0.50 to your account in order to activate the U.S. Equities exchange, as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Connection Fee was pro-rated to $10.00 for this month, but the exchanges do not do this, so you will need to pay the full $10.50 for the exchange (the Sierra Chart Connection Fee is normally $25.00 per month). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks you for your help. In my account I see the Exchange Data Feed Features and Exchanges Monthly Cost: 25 USD But the U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) cost 10.50 USD / month as per the https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures&reload=1#Exchanges Can you please clarify. Thanks |

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed has a fee for the data feed itself. This is $25.00 per month. But, since we did not activate it until the 20th of this month, you only had to pay $10.00 for it (we pro-rate this fee based on when you activate it in the month). The U.S. Equities exchange has its own price of $10.50 per month. This cost is not pro-rated, so after you complete your agreement and then activate the exchange, you will pay the full $10.50 for the remainder of this month (December). Then on January 1, 2022 you will need to have at least $35.50 in your Sierra Chart account to renew this particular data feed and the exchange, as the data feeds renew on a calendar month basis. Refer to the following page for an understanding of the real-time data feeds that we have available: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is the data feed, which offers various exchanges. You would then need to activate the U.S. Equities exchange to get the U.S. Equities data. It is 10.50 USD per month. Billed in full each month. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We have activated the U.S. Equities exchange for you. Therefore, you should now be getting the U.S. Equities data in real-time. You do not have the information quite right. For the U.S. Equities it is the following: - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed + Real Time Connection + U.S. Equities Exchange Keep in mind, the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed along with the U.S. Equities exchange are going to renew on January 1, 2022 for a total of $35.50 USD. Therefore, ensure you have this amount in your Sierra Chart account prior to that date so the exchange data will automatically renew on January 1, 2022. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is for data from the CME Group, Eurex, CFE, and FairX. In order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would need to follow the Setup Instructions for the specific exchange. For instance, if you want data for the CME Group, then you would go through the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-12-23 17:30:42

Our apologies - it looks like we neglected to select the second activate button in order to get the exchange active. We have taken care of this now, so you should be getting the real-time data now. Having your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services is fine in order to get the U.S. Equities data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
