Data feed still delayed after activating with Stage 5

I followed your instructions from this page: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing To activate my live data feed after funding/activating a Stage 5 account for CME non-pro futures verification. However, after following those instructions and connecting to the proper data service and translating symbols, I still see delayed messages as shown in the attached snapshot. I also included snapshots of the data feed config to be sure all is good. Please advise what may be amiss so I can have live data ASAP. Thanks much! |

We had to change your Service Package to 10. I'm told what I want is Service package #11 and data #4. Does that make sense? Planning to use SC charts with live data and adding OFL (Order Flow Labs) thereafter.

I signed the agreements and setup the $46 payment via PayPal, but still not sure how to get the live data "activated". Also, I assume you'll just bill me each month via Paypal automatically so I don't have to manually go do that each time? Thanks!

I activated the data #4 (Denali with CME + Depth for NON-pro) and paid but the snapshot attached still says I'm "delayed"? Anything else need to happen? I'm stumped, thanks!

That just means that you do have access to delayed data, if you want to use delayed data and also for exchanges that you have not activated.
