Bad Highs TPO Charts look different

Hi, there should be bad highs on todays profile but for some reason Sierra Chart is not showing them to me in the TPO chart. Please can you assist me what I need to adjust/change to see them in the chart? Besides that I am also missing to see the correct placement of the nVAH. In the attached picture you see the correct picture on the left and my screenshot plus settings on the right. Bad Highs on todays profile are missing on my chart. BTW, we are using the same template. Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Combine Trades Into Original Summary Trade -> did not change anything and we have the data feeds.

We do not understand this. It is best to focus on one particular issue and be 100% clear about it. The TPO profiles are based upon the data in the chart. The high and low values of the profiles are based upon the data in the chart for the time period which a particular TPO profile is for.
