Hello and thank you for your help, I received an email stating " The usage time on your Sierra Chart account, panosd, will expire on 2021-12-11. To avoid an interruption, activate a Service Package for automatic renewal here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation". I have already wired funds to my AMP account, and I am waiting for them to be received as it was an international transaction. Please, I would like you to give me a few days so I login in my live account, upon funds receival by AMP. I am happy to share the transaction receipt if you require that. You can not pay for Sierra Chart through AMP. You need to pay for it directly to us.
