Hi,
When I switch up to the SIM mode and get in a trade the software flatten my position and kick me out of the trade right away. I thought I might have software update issues however, I did an update but the issue still exists. could you please help me out.

Check your Trade Activity Log and see what the source of the closing of the position is. Offhand, it sounds like it might be that you have Global Profit Loss Management in use, but not setup properly.
