please my account as been set as professional with the monthly fees of $115. I want this change to non professional with fees of $41

You need to fill out the Exchange Data Agreements again and this time specify that you are a "Non-Professional". For the CME Group, this also means that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that you can connect Sierra Chart to at least once a month in order to qualify as a Non-Professional per the CME Group requirements.
