Offhand, what it looks like is that your data feed is not sending the proper information for the historical data that is downloaded when you start the program. When you are connected to the data feed and working in "real-time" do the Cumulative Delta Bars show properly?

Hello, when I open the sierra chart it starts to collect the correct data. I connect to AMP futures through CQG. Regards |

We do not provide support for CQG data. For the proper data for Cumulative Delta Bars you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Let us know if you need help with the setup. The exchange fees are no cost for the first month. Once you begin to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, re-download the data for the symbols: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
