Are you able to explain please how the chart calculator tool calculates the angle? I have used the following anchors: A1: 2014-02-27 20:00:00 - 138.794 A2: 2014-03-08 00:00:00 - 143.793 A price difference of 4.999 and time difference of 8 days and 4 hours Yet if I plug those figures into a trigonometry calculator such as http://www.carbidedepot.com/formulas-trigright.asp the resulting angle is quite different. Is the price and time figure somehow standardised e.g. to pips and minutes (or some other time factor - hours/days?) Thank you in advance for your explanation. Best wishes Bruce |
