Does this method work? The link @John-SC Support provided does not list Ninjatrader. For personal reasons I am unable to open a brokerage account elsewhere for the time being. I have an account with NT, using CQG Continuum.

It should work, as our understanding is that it is a standard CQG connection. Just be aware that historical data from CQG is limited.
