Hi, For the past three days I cannot get delayed updates to my DOM and footprint when I open my chartbook. The only way I can, is to discconect and then connect to feed, can you tell me why this is happening. Thanks Stephen |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. From User: Hi,
I change the ES-MINI contract back to DEC expiry and save everything when I log out. In the morning when I log back in its showing me March 22 expiry but no updates. Even When I then change it back to ESZ21-CME no updates to graphs, DOM or footprints. The only way I can get delayed data is by disconnecting and then reconnecting again. The only thing we can think of that you might be seeing is that when the Historical data initially downloads, it goes up to the current time, but then the Delayed data has to "catch up" to that, so it will take 10 minutes before the delayed data is actually starting to populate the chart. Please open a chart for the ES and give it at least 20 minutes before you disconnect and see if you are getting the streaming data flowing into the chart.
