i cant open chartbook
it says cant get connected meanwhile i have the best internet
all it says
did I purchase a wrong package?
i paid for 6 months a while ago have not been able to use anything
should I get a new package?

In your case we see Sierra Chart is set to use Interactive Brokers. Is that the service you want to use?:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service


For now set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "Ok"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
