I would really like to try using Sierra Charts on a Microsoft Surface Pro. Requirements recommendations are for 32GB RAM for any device you use, but I notices my PC only has 4GB on it and runs Sierra just fine, so I would thing the Surface Pro with 16GB RAM would work just fine. Anyone else already tried and can share their experience?

Yes Sierra Chart does run a Microsoft Surface Pro. We do use one, it runs just fine and very well. 16 GB RAM is more than sufficient. I use a Surface Pro 4 when travelling (I travel a lot) and as SCE said it works perfectly. If I don’t get time to update my desktop when I get home I just plug in a 23” monitor - using a mini dp to hdmi dongle - and it still works perfectly. |
