Hello, When I use Draw Volume Profile, nothing is drawn. I subscribe to package 11 (also use Rithmic) so not sure why this is not working? Thank you |

The first thing we want you to do is to select a fairly large area when using the Draw Volume Profile tool, and see what you get as a result. If it is still not showing, then please get us a screenshot of what you are seeing. Since there are custom studies on that chart, we want you to start with a new chart with no other studies on it, then try using the Draw Volume Profile tool and let us know if it works or not. If you do not see the profile, then we want you to go to Analysis >> Studies and see if the VbP is listed in there. Let us know. There are no studies in the chart I provided the link for. I do see VbP listed.

I figured it out. The profile was the same color as my chart background. Very strange because it used to be visible via different color settings and I've never changed them.
