Unable to post trades on EUREX through CQG Web API/Denali feed

I recently made the setup to my AMP account to route my orders through CQG Web API and use my denali feed.

Unfortunately I'm still unable to post orders to EUREX although I'm all set in CME...

Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Order request rejected. Please contact customer support.[Order parameters are invalid]. Internal Order ID: Service Order ID: Symbol: F.US.DSXZ21.

You need to check with your broker as to why exactly the order was rejected. It would have to have something to do with a setting in Sierra Chart (such as Time in Force) as the Data would not make a difference in terms of the orders.

When I login to CQG mobile app there is a different message next to the rejected order:

12/6/21 22:19:08.204 – In transit (MiFID exec: 3)
12/6/21 22:19:08.305 – Rejected (73): Order request rejected. Please contact customer support.[Order parameters are invalid] (MiFID exec: 3)

This is still a rejection by CQG. You need to ask your broker what the exact reason for the rejection is so you can fix whatever that is about. Only your broker can get you that information, we do not have access to it.
