It just depends on the data provider. As long as it is one of the services we support, then you would just need to go through the Setup Instructions for that particular service. Hello, I'm trying to connect to Sierra with another broker I see he writes in parentheses "not enabeld on package" What does that mean wrong? Because so far I have done everything according to the instructions and still can not connect. Thank you very much in advance!

The reason you are getting "Not Enabled on Package" is because your Sierra Chart account is expired. In order to continue to use Sierra Chart and connect it to an external service, you need to pay for a Sierra Chart package. Hello I purchased my regular data package and now I am interested in connecting to an external broker, do I need a specific package? Or can I already log in? When I tried to log in through another broker all the data was correct Me please? Thanks in advance!
