Oh, okay, my funds with my trading FCM (AMP) is currently below the required amount necessary. However I do have another account (Interactive Brokers) with whom I do have the necessary funds. Previously I was able to connect, through SC with Interactive Brokers, and then switch back to CQG to maintain my data - Has something changed? I tried this and I still receive the error. Currently I am paying SC for charting and data, so I am again not sure what I should do.

What is the error you are getting exactly?

Also, your Denali Exchange Data Feed does not have any exchanges active. You can activate the exchanges you need from the following page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Okay, I have reactivated the exchange - I thought I was paying for it twice so I cancelled... and changed the service to SC Data - All Services. I am able to Sim trade with real time data.
