Hello; you have been dealing with my broker Edge Clear on this matter. I should have come straight to you in the first place !!
The problem is that if I place an order and then move it, the order price moves but the stop and take profit levels do not move. The General Trade Settings screen is attached.

Good Morning, I have tried a few other things with this problem. Along with CL that I have been trading I opened a new UB chart. The problem persisted. I have not given you the complete history her as I presume you have got that from Edge Clear.

A further issue has now arisen. The platform has stopped updating, although it is still gong fine on another computer? Very odd.
Thanks

We just need to ensure that we are fully understanding. You have an open order that has not yet filled (like a Buy Stop Limit) along with Attached Orders. Then when you move the parent order to a new location and approve the new location (selecting OK if you have confirmations, or just finish the move if not) then the attached orders are not moving to that new location surrounding the parent order as they were previously?

Keep in mind that the attached orders do not show the change in position until you actually finish the move of the parent order (in other words, it does not show their position as you are moving the parent, they will just stay in their previous position).

You definitely have your settings set properly for this to be working correctly. And we just tried a test to ensure that something strange did not change, but it is working fine for us.

Yes that is correct. I sent a screenshot to the broker. It is attached in case you didn't get it.

We have a couple of other reports of a similar situation. We have passed this to the Senior Engineer to take a closer look. When they have an idea of what is happening, they will report, or if they need more information.

We have identified the reason for the problem. It affects the Sierra Chart direct CME order routing service for simulated orders only. We will have this resolved with a new release coming out tomorrow.

The problem is that with this service, the adjustment of the child orders is done on the server. There is not consideration of that when in simulation mode. In simulation mode this needs to be done on the client side.
