I am trying to actiavte the following services and wont allow to add them: Ending Date Time Renewal Period Amount (USD) Description Action 2021-11-30 Monthly (Calendar Month) Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection). 2021-11-30 Monthly (Calendar Month) 10.50 U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) I need data for stocks and it keeps telling me I need to pay for denali or have one active exchange. Please help. |

The problem is simply that you do not have enough funds in your account to pay for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You need to have a total of $35.50 in your account, as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Connection Fee is $25.00 and the U.S. Equities exchange fee is $10.50. To add funds to your account, go to the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit ----------------------- Separately, we see that you have a couple of exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed that you do not need.
