Latest version. Can't get data into a sub instance, target machine actively refused connection. Main instance, Sierra Chart Server Settings, Enable DTC Protocol Server is No. Setting to yes and hitting Apply All changes it back to 'No'. That does not make sense. There is no functionality that does this: Enable DTC Protocol Server is No. Setting to yes and hitting Apply All changes it back to 'No'.
Update: Check the listening port. If there is an error listening , the server will be disabled. The Message Log shows this.
