Help setting up charts for BUB/NOB spreads and wanting to include implied volitility

Hi I now have the Gain feed for Live and demo accounts. Firstly I want to make sure they are set up correctly for the feeds. The feeds is Gain/Stonex (previously Open eCry) and am attempting to connect to their live order entry server Secondly I need help setting up the charts for the current contracts (like doing ZB/UB pairs trades or butterflies). I was previously set up with Infinity Futures and they were very helpful but am now with Gain/DeCarley, and they do not have the same experience with Sierra Charts. I thought it would pick up the current contracts but I have to update manually (currently set to 2017, not 2021!!!). I do have the .cht files but not sure how to update them. It is possible to connect Sierra Chart to Gain Capital, but it is an unsupported connection at this time (meaning, we no longer give support for it, but we have left it in our system so people can still use it). Therefore, you would need to select Gain Capital/OEC in the General Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service, then select the A button to the right to see the additional fields that show up and enter the appropriate data in those fields. Since you have Chartbook files (.cht) you just need to open them and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service get the symbols set correctly. If the charts are for previous contracts, then you also need to select Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover and select the current contract symbol for each chart. You would need to ask Gain Capital about that message. The implication is that your account is not setup to allow the use of Sierra Chart with Gain.

Thank you so much. Think it's working on Live feed (I had it on demo and maybe it needs setting up on the demo account too). I have an old .cht set up for the BUB (/zb-/ub) BUB.XCME_F BUB (H22 ZB)-(H22 UB).CME_F and other pairs but when I select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service I seem to get errors about symbols I'm also trying to overlay the Implied Volitility range but cannot find the study applicable. The Translate Symbols to Current Service will not work for the Gain Capital spreads. You will have to find the appropriate symbol and update it manually. We have 3 Volatility studies, so we do not know which one you are specifically looking to use.
