Missing trade activity log information

Everything is working fine in SIM, I can see my trade activity log with no issues. If I go to live trading, everything is fine, except the trade activity log does not show up. I noticed an error of "Setting orders waiting for service update, as updated. Account: No account specified" and I've included a screenshot. I would assume this is the problem of why I don't see the trade log but I've searched around, looked at the support board and can't find where I need to log in to get this to work. I've traded live before and not had this problem.

The Transact server does not maintain historical trade activity. So you will not see any history, unless Sierra Chart was running at the time of the order fills. For complete fill history, you need to use this service:
