Binance depth of market issues on USD/PERP instruments

Starting last Friday I noticed that depth of market indicators I use stopped receiving Binance depth of market data from USD/Perpetual linked symbols such as DOTUSDPERP, LTCUSDPERP, MANAUSDPERP, and so on. Symbols that still receive depth of book data include ETHUSD, LTCTUSD, and others. Did something happen with the Binance data feed? Anything I can correct for or fix?

We are just displaying what we get. If there is a lack of information, then you would need to ask Binance why this is what they are sending out?

Understood, and I see from elsewhere on the forum that Binance is not always reliable with their data. Is there anything you guys can to do 'reset' the data feed or otherwise check it? Get Binance to fix it? Is there anything I can do on my end to fix or reset this? I know its not an issue with SC, as I can see the book depth for other instruments from Binance and other exchanges. The issue seems to be limited to Binance's USD Perpetuals. |

We identified the reason for the issue. It is a problem on our side we are fixing now. We reduced the number of levels of market depth data with Binance to avoid disconnection issues from Binance. Any chance this issue persists with other Binance symbols? MANAUSD_PERP continues to look very different than it did before.

Sometime between yesterday morning and today, the Binance symbol BTCUSD_PERP_BINANCE stopped showing book depth. Nothing I've tried remedies this. Can you confirm if something changed with that symbol or Binance? I see this data on other Binance symbols, just not that one.

Update : book depth for BTCUSD_PERP_BINANCE is now coming through again as of 16:26 PST. I remain interested in any feedback on what may have led to this issue, if known. Thank you.
