Hello this weekend my SC has been very sluggish and constantly trying to re download historical data which then sends the program into a not responding state constantly. Is there some kind of Maintenace going on? I attached a log where I think I caught most of it

Transact is frequently disconnecting you: TransAct WS | Received disconnect message on Orders connection. | 2021-11-28 08:31:37.963 Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2021-11-28 08:31:37.963 This is not something we can control but what we recommend you do is select File >> Disconnect to prevent further re-connections. However, a reconnection should not be causing any performance issue and if you are seeing that, you need to look at what the cause is. All of the known causes are here: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often For the best connectivity and to avoid any connectivity issues over the weekend, use this service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I fired up a different chart book and had no issues...do you see anything in that log that would indicate a setting on I have on a particular chart is mis configured ?

It is not possible for us to determine something like that from the Message Log.
