Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu. After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit". Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hey, why do I keep seeing "Your evaluation package period of package 12 will end in 12 days?" I've paid for package 11 and Denali Exchange costs.

When your evaluation time for Package 12 ends, then you will not have access to the Package 12 options. Package 12 gives you access to the Market by Order data. Refer to the information at the following link for the differences in the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Your package 11 expires on July 4, 2022. Right now, you do not have a package set to automatically renew to. If you want to have your account continue uninterrupted, then you will want to select a package for renewal. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#ServicePackage For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hey John, what does ''I do not qualify as a Non professional'' mean on the market data agreement? And why does my exchange agreement keep getting rejected even though I'm paying the higher exchange fee of $122 for a user without a trading account?

With regards to the Agreements, the problem is that you are putting in conflicting information. On the CME Non-Professional Certification you are stating that you are a "Non-Professional", but in order to get this classification for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and this information needs to be entered on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement - but your Uniform Subscriber Agreement does not have any trading account information, therefore you can not be considered a Non-Professional (at least as far as the CME Group is concerned). If you do not have a trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart in order to qualify as a Non-Professional, and you just want to pay for the Professional exchange fees, then you need to do the following: - Leave the trading account information blank on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement - Select No to the Non-Professional question on the CME Non-Professional Certification. But, if you do not want to pay the professional fees, then you will need to have a valid trading account. If you do not have one, then we recommend the service outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement -- Note that your account does not have any exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed at this time.
