cannot download any intra day data

Hello,

Sorry to bother, I have updated my Sierra Chart after few months of inactivity, downloaded the latest version, and when I log in the intraday charts are updating but I cannot in any way get the charts to download neither intraday nor historical data at all. (Regular ES, NQ, YM futuresand minis.)

I have had issues with missing data in the past, and I followed the instructions to update the symbols, delete all data and download, restarted few times, to no avail.

The missing data just wont show up, and with each new effort to delete and download it actually cuts few 1min bars out of the chart.
Not sure how to proceed to get the charts working, asking for help please.

You need to change or Service Package to 5. You are using gain capital.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
