Unable to send order to IB from one symbol

The symbol is : GAME I try other symbol and it work perfectly. Am I doing something wrong ? When I send any order for GAME - It just dont register in the activity monitor in IB - I can see the Green line on my chart , I can cancel that and A order cancellation failed come in the Trade service log.
