Are you adjusting the Reversal Percent/Amount depending on which calculation method you are using?

You need to adjust the settings per chart. Refer to the information for the Zig Zag study here: Zig Zag For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You have to look at the various inputs and decide what you need to set on a per chart basis. There is no magical set of numbers that will work for all charts since the data for every chart is different. And you need to modify more than just the number of bars for reversal, you also need to modify the Reversal%/Value, and other Inputs depending on how you want them set.

Everything is same except " Number of bar Required..." And that is the problem, you using 'Mode 2', but are ignoring the effect of 'Reversal Amount for Calculation Mode 2,3'. It is explained here - Zig Zag: Calculation Mode 2 You have it set to '0.01' for all charts, this is 1 tick on the Yen pairs, but 100 ticks on the other pairs, so not a surprise that it behaves differently. Adjust accordingly, or even set to 0, and you will get the result you are looking for. |

Sorry finally understood. 2 conditions must be met. 1st minimum y % move and then 2nd minimum x number bars. |
