Hello, Just a background my cpu/graphics card/ram are all highend components less than a year old. I have roughly 9 charts open and they all work fine when tiled. Anytime i maximize any of the charts the scroll will lag like crazy. This isnt data related as even if im disconnected from data the same problem persists. Are there any setting you can recommend i toggle to fix this problem? I have global refresh set to 500ms and on average 5-15 days worth or chart data loaded on each chart with 5ish studies running on each chart. I have checked resources and cpu is sub 7 percent and ram less than 50 percent utitlized even when the scrolll lag happens. Gpu performance is also unaffected it seems to be just related to maximizing a chart window. Let me know if you need me to attach my chartbook or anything like that. Thank you! |

The only thing we can recommend is to reduce the amount of data in the chart. By increasing the chart bars spacing: Working With Charts: Changing Bar Spacing If the cause is from something else, it is not anything we can help with and is an operating system level issue.
