How do I offset the candles to the left of the numbers so there is a small gap between them? And also can I make the numbers plot 'Bold' so they stand out more.

It is not possible to offset the bars. The interesting thing is that the image you show is not from our Numbers Bars study. If you are using a 3rd party study then you would need to ask the developer of that study how to do things like bold the test or place the numbers in a position where you can get some space from the bar. Sorry, we thought it was the Numbers Bars, but it did not match our Numbers Bars, with good reason apparently. Still, it is not possible to Bold the numbers, but you can change the size.
