I was trying to chart a study(1 Divided By Price Study)from chart#3 onto chart #4 buy using study/price overlay. But chart is displaying overlay on price correctly. What you are seeing is just a scaling issue. You are trying to display two different sets of data in the same range - the ES and the 1/6E. The ES prices are around 4700 whereas the 1/6E is around 0.883. The easiest solution is to make the Study/Price Overlay an Independent scale, and you can also use the left side scale to view the values.
