DATA PROBLEMS FROM CLZ1-NYMEX TO CLZ1.NYMEX

Today i noticed that the symbols changed, so i did the changed in chart settings, and now it doesnt bring the data before today, if i changed the symbol name to CLZ1-NYMEX(like before) it brings me data before today. Im using rithmic data that earn2trade provides. Till today when i changed the name of the symbol i didnt have any problems. I appreciate any help, i try some things in the selfhelp section but nothing seems to work. We are not sure what you are referencing when you say the Symbols changed today. Did you just update and switch from the old Bridge Rithmic connection to the new Direct DTC connection? That would have forced your symbols to change, as the symbols are different between the two services.
