Delayed Data on Trading Evaluator

Hi, I have two trading accounts associated with my SC. I've tried connecting to both Rithmic/Edgeclear and AMP accounts but when I switch back over to the Trading Evaluator connection, I don't have full depth and the data is delayed. I have tried the automatic AMP connection as well but I still shows that the account is "Not Verified". Any help is appreciated. |

Your account is up to date in terms of the verification for the CME Group's non-professional status. You can always view the date for which you are verified at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges The only reason why you would be getting delayed data when connected to the Trading Evaluator is if you are selecting the Trading Evaluator - Delayed instead of Trading Evaluator. If you have selected Trading Evaluator and are not getting real-time data, then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
