keep getting the message

"Error saving downloaded files to local system. Stopping installation. Check Log. Press install.

Keep getting the same message when I press install


Any thoughts?

I am still having the same error and unable to install the software
I am running Windows 10 using Parallels on my Mac and have tried running it through Windows but with no success.
Can I make a phone call with live support?

We are unable to help with installations on a MAC.

The only thing we can suggest is trying to use the Zip installer. The information for this can be found here:
