Good afternoon, I am having problems with my market profile. It is only allowing me to go as far as 14-4-2021 on gbp/US dollar. I go to chart settings and change the date range, but once I press apply it reverts back to 2021-04-14. Do you have any suggestions? Many thanks. |

Please exit from Sierra Charta and start again and see if you can get the data. We had a problem with one of our servers with the Forex data and you could be trying to connect to that server.

Hi, I started it again but am still facing the same issue. Even my chart replays are only going as far back as 2021-4-14 even though I’m requesting for further back . Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-11-11 17:06:19

Are you changing the "From" date in the Date Range in File setting on the Chart Settings window? This is the date that you need to change in order to force more data to download.
