Dear All, Attaching the private log here . [ Have also posted to the support board ] Live prices stopped working yesterday. In your log it shows that you have a chart for the following symbol: UB-202112-ECBOT-USD That symbol is formatted for Interactive Brokers, but your Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, the system does not know what to do with that symbol. To change the symbol for the currently selected service setting, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Keep in mind that if you change the service, you will need to update the symbols. When you close the Data/Trade Service Settings window after making a change, there is a popup window that asks if you want to update the symbols. In general, you will want to say "yes" to this. Thank you for the quick response. I executed those steps the charts update to the current last tick, but again do NO LIVE update thereafter. Can you please advise? |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
