Hello, I just got denali data feed and I linked my Interactive Brokers account to Sierra, but I don’t have real time data for ES . I do get info for other instruments but for some reason I can’t get to ES Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Also, we see that you have multiple exchanges selected that are not necessary. To start, you have the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account. You are not considered a Professional, so there is no reason to be paying for this exchange. We recommend Deactivating it right away so you do not pay for it next month. And then you have both of the following: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts You do not need both, just one of the two depending on whether you need Market Depth data or not.
