I use Infinity Futures as my broker. They show I took a trade that I know I DID NOT. They say because I trade from the Sierra Charts I should reach out to you to verify if the trade was taken . I explained to them the charts show the same thing I have which is different than what they sent on my statement. They said, Sierra sends us the info from the charts. Can you please advise, as my broker shows an $800 loss when it should not be as I wasn't at my computer at the time. PLEASE HELP
