Hello. I have had this support request sitting in the User Discussion area since Nov 1st with no response whatsoever. This is the reason that I am sending to your Tech Support department directly. I trust that this is acceptable at this juncture. Here is what I originally posted in the User Discussion area. We use the Sierra Study "DAILY OHLC SINGLE POINT," on many of our charts. My understanding, and what I have consistently witnessed is, that when a significant NEW high or low is made, that the indicator will mark a horizontal line that will track across the chart UNTIL that high or low is violated by the current price action. I have witnessed that when this occurs, that the previous (high or low,) tracking line will DISAPPEAR because a NEW high or low has been made, and a new horizontal line begins tracking across the charts until it is violated. MY issue is that the previous line that has been violated does NOT always disappear as I believe it should. Sometimes it does and often it does not. Because of this, I often have previous lines tracking from previously violated points for DAYS. Please advise how to fix what I believe is an error. Thank you. |
