Hello, loading my chartbooks and when charts populate I realize that the Bar periods are 11 minutes behind real time. For example I will load the NQ 1 Min chart and after the chart is loaded the current 5 Min bar will be 8:30 Am when the current time is actually 8:41 Am. Unsure what is going on and have tried logging out and logging back in and disconnect the data feed and reconnect.

You do not have any exchanges activated on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Your exchange option was not renewed on November 1, 2021 due to insufficient funds. Keep in mind, you pay your order fill fees through us, so your Sierra Chart account needs to be topped up occasionally due to these charges. You can reactivate the exchange that got deactivated by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for "Reactivate Exchange".
