The two items you posted are not related.

With regards to the first item - "Selected Time in Force is not supported", whatever selection you have for the Time in Force for your order is not supported by the exchange (or your order routing service). The safest option is "Day", but you must have selected something else. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):

With regards to the second item, it is not something you need to be worried about, as your clock is less than 1 second off. Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals)
