SC updated version problems

Hello, I was using an earlier version of SC and noticed I was not getting EODay data for the European markets.
So I decided to upgrade for the latest version and now SC cannot connect to my trading account in Rithmic servers, and the data it is showing me is from the Jun contracts in the American markets. I ve tried your option of installing the earlier version with similar results.
I am a bit baffled, can you help me?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hello, have a great week guys and gals.
I ve solved the problem. It seems the Sierra#.config and the Accounts#.config files generated through the updates to the main program had been corrupted somehow.
I let the original ones from a few years ago stay in the main directory and erased the newly generated ones. The program at launch generated new ones, viola, that was that!
Everything is working as per normal now.
