Hello, I signed up for AMP, funded my account with them, updated and verified it on the Sierra site but it appears that I still do not have access to real time data. Am I doing something wrong or does it take some time to activate?

You have not activated any of the exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like you are wanting to get data for the CME Group, therefore, follow the setup instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed starting at the following section: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you John! What option do I need to select if I want real time data to NQ and ES? Is #2 ok for me to get to satisfy my requirements? This one is: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts for $3.25/month. I do not know what "Market Depth" is and what it entails. |

Refer to the following for the definition of Market Depth: Sierra Chart Nomenclature: Market Depth If you only need data for the ES and NQ, then you can use the CME non-professional top-of-book, which is only $1.25 per month. But for just another $2.00 you can get the data for the entire CME Group, which would be the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange.
