The exchanges on your Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew due to insufficient funds and you did not reactivate them. You can reactivate the exchanges for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Package 11 is the Usage Time for the Sierra Chart software and also includes the Data Feed Fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is just one part of what you need to get the data. You also need to have the exchanges that are part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to activate, and pay for, the exchange(s) for which you want to have real-time data. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the fees are due on the first day of each month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
